Photo projects and Exhibitions
2018 - Ultra Vanity Project together with Margot van de Stolpe. Exhibition at the Flora Art Museum, Masterly The Hague and Grachtengalerie Utrecht with Ultra Violet Induced Visible Fluorescence still live photography.
2018 - opening Tropism Lab, a dedicated wing at the Flora Art Museum, Aalsmeer (NL), permanent exhibition with a changing selection of Photosynthesis and new work.
2017 - Creation of hyperbolic panorama series in Singapore, Dubai and Sydney. Infra-red expedition into the Daintree rainforest.
2016 - Selling of 8 hyperbolic panorama works and assignment on a series on Paris.
2016 - 'Hyperbolics make the world go round' photo book with hyperbolic panoramas.
2016 - Assignment for project developer Trebbe to make Hyperbolic 360° panoramas of their architectural building projects in the Netherlands.
2015 - Curator with Alfred Marseille of the travelling art exhibition 'Photosynthesis Shedding new Light on Plants' in the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh.

2003 - 2010 Cross media project ‘The Shivering Beauty of Mongolia’ consisting of the book ‘Transit Mongolia’, a photo exhibition in the Melkweg Gallery, Amsterdam and the music documentary film ‘Shivering Beauty - Soundscape of Mongolia’.

2018 - On The Spur, an experimental autobiographical stop-motion animated road movie documentary, work in progress
2015 ‘Red-end and the Factory Plant'. A 4K Digital Cinema stop motion animator film made in collaboration with Bethany de Forest. Coproduction Beast Animation (BE). Premiered at the Netherlands Film Festival 2015 and a.o. selected for Clermont Ferrand Short Film Festival 2016, Mecal 2016, HAFF 2016, FIFE 2016, MIAF 2016, Cartoons on the Bay 2016. In 2016 it won an award at the NCAIAF animation festival in Sapporo, Japan and an Honourable Mention for the Devour! Golden Tine Award for Best Animation in Canada.
2014 five short films and showcases for an international watches campaign for La Montre Hermès, Paris, in collaboration with Bethany de Forest.
2009 ‘Red-end and the Seemingly Symbiotic Society. A 15 minute stop motion animation film in 4K Digital Cinema. In collaboration with Bethany de Forest. Premiered as opening film in Utrecht at HAFF 2009, Moviesquad Award. Nomination Gouden Kalf - NFF, international awards:

2004 - 2012 a series of music videos for the composer ‘Phantom Frank’ in collaboration with Bethany de Forest.
2007 - music documentary film ‘Shivering Beauty - Soundscape of Mongolia’, broadcasted on the Dutch public net by the Buddhist Broadcasting Foundation. Premiered as closing film at the Buddhist Film Festival in 2007. The film was also included in the book as dvd ISBN 978 90 5670 180 2. Directors cut of 74’ is realized in 2010.
2004 - Creation of a 1,5 hour film loop for the ‘Finnegans Wake’ readings during the Sleepless Night (broadcaster VPRO and Vredenburg) together with Carla Hoekendijk.
1993 - 1994 'Bridge over Europe'. First HDTV trickery-film, jointless pan along sixty bridges from all over Europe. Première in Tuschinski - Amsterdam. Realized together with Ingrid van Zummeren
1991 - 'Entropy', a 2D computer animation short on entropy, the evolution theory and the Hopi Indians Creation story.
1982 - Polariz, an AV soundscape generated by the color of images in polarized light. The color spectrum of light transposed upon the spectrum of sound.

2016 - 2017 'You lookin' at me?' interactive light installation. Big bulging eyes come out of the grass and suspiciously follow you. Selected for the Amsterdam Light Festival 2016, I Light Marina Bay 2017, Singapore and for the largest light festival of the world; Vivid Sydney 2017. Awarded the first prize by the children jury of the Amsterdam Light Festival.
2015 - 2017 Sneaky Serpents, interactive underwater light installation in Norrköping, Sweden 2015/2016, Noorderzon Festival Groningen 2016 (NL) and Shenzhen Seaworld Festival, China 2016/2017.

2014 - 2015 Sneaky Serpents, an interactive underwater light installation selected for the Amsterdam Light Festival, Glowing snakes swim in the canal at the Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam. When disturbed, they flee into they dens.

2012 - Organizer of the Tropistic museum-night (N8) program for the Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam. With the Feeding Carnivorous Plants performance and Flora Sonora: A plant reacts via an EEG and synthesizer audibly at stimuli inflicted by visitors.

2017 - 2nd prize announced for the international Nikon Photo Contest in the Open Awards for the photography of 'Red-end and the Factory Plant' (withdrawn on technical grounds).
2016 - the film 'Red-end and the Factory Plant': Award at the NCAIAF animation festival in Sapporo, Japan and an Honourable Mention for the Devour! Golden Tine Award for Best Animation in Canada, selected for the competition of Clermont Ferrand International Short Film Festival.
